Mariner is the full brother to one of the USA's leading JPI sires, Sunset Canyon RP Militia and with more daughters in more herds than his full-brother, Mariner has a similar type profile but his daughters show a little more width through the body. Use Mariner to give you more open dairy cows that are taller than average. His type proof indicates that his daughters have sound, well-attached rear udders, with a well-defined suspensory ligament and slightly wide teat placing. The foot angle is steep and legs have an ideal set to them and right on breed average. He gives a big boost to fat and protein percentages which is indicative of his pedigree - a son of the highly successful Rock Ella Perimeter and out of the second-generation 7% fat matron, Tenn Haug E Maid.
