Ringmaster is siring cows with excellent conformation, wide chests, deep ribs and generous bodies. British dairy farmers who are milking Ringmaster cows are very pleased with their performance, their excellent temperament, ease of milking and locomotion, making them good herd cows. They are cows that are built to last! He is an outcross to today’s British Jersey and brings some outstanding qualities to cattle breeding. His sire, Meadow Lawn J Imperial, is one of the all-time proficient sires that literally changed the breed in the UK in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Ringmaster’s dam is the twice USA National Grand Champion – the Excellent 97% “Circus” cow. She is by the very successful Canadian show sire, Bovi-Lact First Prize, and her dam was by “Brook”, another of the Jersey “greats” of the 90’s. Ringmaster's superb qualities will keep the balance of British Jerseys in line with today’s demanding dairy requirements of sound, long-life production from healthy cows.
